My approach blends grounded coaching with spiritual insight, helping clients reconnect with the wisdom already present within them.

In many ways, this process mirrors what we often experience in nature—when we slow down, pay attention, and allow things to unfold in their own time, clarity begins to reveal itself.

I hold an MBA and an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and am Soul Integration Certified by the THEO group, Inc. to use the Soul Integration™ process in my work with individuals.
This combination allows me to bring both grounded strategy and soul-aligned insight to the journey.
A Personal Note
I live in the Denver, Colorado area and enjoy tending my garden and exploring the charm of nearby mountain towns. Exploring new places and being in nature are some of the ways I reconnect with a sense of wonder and perspective in my own life.
